RÍO DE ORO es un inquietante relato sobre un viaje clandestino a la selva amazónica del Perú en el que se resalta la destrucción de la selva virgen. Ron Haviv y Donovan Webster, dos periodistas de guerra, dirigidos por el peruano Enrique Ortiz, son testigos de la destrucción apocalíptica impulsada por la extracción ilegal de oro, con consecuencias globales.
